■Strategy Development and Execution- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and plans to support the brand’s objectives across retail and wholesale channels.- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of trade marketing activities.- Work closely with retail and wholesale teams to propose innovative sales growth activations that meet their needs.■Retail Marketing- Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and activations to drive foot traffic and sales in retail stores.- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of retail marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.- Plan and organize VIC tours and exclusive brand experiences to strengthen relationships with high-value clients.- Adapt and develop newsletters for local targetedcommunication.■Wholesale Marketing- Develop and manage marketing programs for wholesale partners to drive product visibility and sales.- Establish strong relationships with key wholesale accounts and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives.- Provide sales teams and wholesale partners with marketing materials and product information to support their efforts.■Pop-up Stores and Events- Plan and coordinate participation in pop-up stores, trade shows, exhibitions with partners to showcase the brand and generate business opportunities.- Manage event logistics, including booth design, setup, and tear-down, as well as on-site activities and presentations.■Gifts, POSM and catalogue management- Manage orders and inventory for gifts and POSM to ensure adequate stock levels.- Coordinate the distribution of POSM and gifts to retail and wholesale partners to support promotional activities.- Maintain accurate records of inventory and report on usage and effectiveness of POSM and gifts.- Prepare, proofread and finalize product catalogues and leaflets.■Market Research and Analysis- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.- Analyze market insights to inform trade marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.■Budget Management- Develop and manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and within allocated resources.- Track and report on the ROI of trade marketing initiatives.- Coordinate Trade Marketing expenses management and payment process with Finance.- Manage new vendors creation- Similar position of other group companies- Promotion to Marketing Director
求められる経験
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of both retail and wholesale environments.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns/events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for luxury brands
- Strong negotiation skills.
