My client is one of the largest FMCG personal care manufacturers in the world. To this day they are expanding rapidly, especially in the developing SEA region. We are currently looking for a new Trade Marketing Manager together who will develop and implement trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and support product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and campaigns to support product launches and sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify market trends and promotion opportunities.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior and competitor activities.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and analyze sales data to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and distributors.
- Train and support sales teams on trade marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG within Malaysia, at least 3 years in trade marketing in a managerial capacity
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Proven leadership abilities with strong relationship-building and analytical skills.
