Trade Marketing - Plan and execute various boutique events. - Prepare communication tools such as leaflets and DM cooperating with vendors. - Sending brand updates to POS VMD - Support opening and/or renewal of POS - Design new and renewal boutique/franchise stores to align with HQ VMD guideline. And deliver the maximum of Brand DNA and create sales-friendly environment. - Understanding merchandising strategy and guideline for appealing our brand to customer and our staff in counters. - Understanding traffic flow of our counter and effective movement of staff and customer. - Manage maintenance of POS in department stores, specialty stores, franchise stores and wholesale corner. - Boutique visit in a regular basis to monitor the boutique presentation - Educate the boutique staffs on merchandising rules to keep the good maintenance - Communication with Global Store Design team, local contractor, point of contact person in wholesales partners.Event - Find and select the venue. - Plan events and manage schedule. - Prepare communication tools. Budgeting and cost control - Annual Budget planning + monitoring the status monthly - Handling CAPEX - Manage forecasting sales and stock movement. - Expenditure reporting to finance team Ad-hoc Project Lead or Support - Oversee assigned projects, ensuring on-time completion. - Report progress and outcomes to management team
求められる経験
Requirements
- University degree with a major in Marketing, Economy, Business, Finance statistics
- Minimum 5 to 7 years, with good knowledge of VMD and store design field in Watch, Fashion, Luxury or FMCG market.
- Work experience in foreign-affiliated company is a preferred.
- Business analysis experience
- English: Business level. (TOEIC 800+) frequent communication with HQ
- Japanese: Business level. Daily communication within Marketing, Sales, and local vendors
