The Total Rewards Manager is combined with 2 roles: 1. Local C&B (roughly 70%): responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of the employee compensation and benefits programs and activities in Japan as well as to push the implementation for the global projects in Japan (e.g. Advance Comp*, grading, etc.); 2. Transversal (APAC) l CoE role (roughly 30%) あなたはどのように貢献し、成長しますか? 1. Local C&B (70%) ● Responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of the employee compensation and benefits programs and activities in Japan as well as to push the implementation for the global projects in Japan (e.g. Advance Comp, grading, etc.) ● Facilitate the smooth transition for HRT for local C&B into Total Rewards to ensure the relevant process and activities are cleared by liaising with TR CoE Team ● Coordinate the implementation into Workday for the C&B related activities ● Facilitate the implementation of the Advance Comp* in Japan (including merit increase/bonus harmonization, local coordination) ● Manage the retirement scheme in Japan, change from DB to DC for for group companies (XXXXX Operations/XXXXX Kogyo Gasses) ● Implementation the grading change from regional grade (APC grade) to Hay grade with pre-agreement from GMs and executing with HRBP ● Contact window for the local needs for expats management 2. Transversal CoE role (roughly 30%) ● To provide the transversal responsibility for the whole APAC which is to be defined later on based on the workload of the point no. 1 above in Japan as well as the experience and background of the individual's profile.

- Experience in designing the C&B policy/programmes in the multinational companies before
- Experience in handling C&B work in large corporate environment (500+)
- 5 yrs' experience in C&B as minimum
- Workday or similar HCM system experience/ payroll experience in the past is a plus
- English: Business Level, Japanese: Fluent (R/S/W)
- Can be proactive in proposing ideas, solutions and collaborations
- Can handle both high-concept work and hands-on work
