We are currently looking for a Tool & Die maker to join a growing manufacturing facility in Brantford.
We are seeking someone with a heavy industrial background preferably from steel or metal.
Location: Brantford
Shift: 2 weeks on straight days and 1 week on afternoons
OT is paid past 8 hours on your workday.
OT 1.5x paid on Saturdays.

DT 2x paid on Sundays.
Payrate: $41.40 per hour on days and +0.60cents on afternoons
We are only looking for someone with a 430a ticket.
**Please note you must have prior experience working in a steel or a metal environment**
**Please note this a unionized shop**

Responsibilities
- MIG and TIG welding
- die repair

- using a variety of tools to rebuild dies
- work a rotating shift of days and afternoons
Qualifications
- experience with die repair and die setting/changeovers
- experience with single and progressive stage dies would be an asset
- able to work within tolerances of +/- 0.0005
- able to design simple jigs and fixtures
- must have Tool & Die License 430A
