- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Service Specialists
- Oversee daily operations to ensure claims are handled promptly, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Handle escalated claims and complex customer issues, providing resolutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, claim trends, and other key metrics to senior management
- Ensure that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and aligned with our company's values

who we are looking for
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with a focus on claims processing
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance
