Role: Timesheet Administrator
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Oversee the daily operations of the global timesheet system, ensuring all employees' hours are accurately
captured and recorded.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all entities, managing stakeholders and ensuring that timesheets
are completed and closed weekly without fail.

• Provide support and guidance on timesheet-related queries to ensure compliance with organizational
policies and deadlines.
• Work closely with finance and project management teams to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the timesheet
system.
• Train new users and provide ongoing support to existing users to ensure the system is used effectively.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of project hours.
• Coordinate resource allocation and utilization across global projects.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly project reports.
• Support Operational Excellence team on ad-hoc support for PMO teamCORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS 1. FORMAL EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or IT related field.
2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
• 3-5 years of experience in managing timesheets for global project teams or HR/payroll with a proven track
record of handling complex timesheet systems efficiently.
• Familiarity with timesheet administration and resource management practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a global, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a plus.3. TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
• Knowledge of visualization software skills (PowerPoint, Vizio, PowerBi, etc)
