- Framework Development: Lead the establishment and ongoing refinement of the TPRM policy and operating guidelines for the Hong Kong Business Unit.
- Operational Support: Assist business functions with day-to-day operational controls related to TPRM.
- Issue Resolution: Oversee troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of TPRM-related issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the Hong Kong representative, liaising with Regional TPRM teams to share best practices and lessons learned.
- Requirements Management: Engage with key stakeholders across various levels within the local business unit to understand TPRM requirements and develop compliant approaches.
- Collaboration: Partner with second-line risk functions and subject matter experts to ensure compliance with risk policies related to TPRM.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding the status of TPRM programs.
- Cultural Advocacy: Influence and engage with business colleagues to foster a strong third-party risk culture, delivering relevant TPRM materials and training.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Risk Management, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, or TPRM-related accreditation is desirable.
- 6+ years of experience in third-party risk management or control functions within financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of TPRM principles and the ability to assess, measure, and monitor risk, along with an understanding of operational risks.
- Experience in project and change management related to process and systems transitions.
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships across cross-functional teams and manage multi-stakeholder engagements to drive successful TPRM management within the Three Lines of Defense model.
