Experience using Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint, Linux is a pré
Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
Able to work effectively in a high pressure and fast-pace environment
Minimum of 3 years work experience as a team lead or supervisor in similar industry role
Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing and manufacturing quality standards
Flexibility with working paid overtime and weekends depending on the business' needs

what will you do

In this role as a Testing Supervisor, you will optimize daily operations to ensure cost-effective, high-quality production. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee manufacturing processes, monitor team performance, and organize workflows to maintain efficient and seamless operations.

Material, quality and scheduling control
Guide and coach employees
Identify key improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and strict safety guidelines
Oversee and advise on SOP's implementation and improvement
