As a Test and Verification Engineer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists working on innovative (automated) test solutions. Your work will span the entire product life cycle, from development and validation of test methods to manufacturing and maintenance support. You will collaborate with senior test architects, software automation architects, and other test and verification engineers across Philips and our customers’ organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and optimize test designs, reusable test protocols, and test procedures to ensure comprehensive functional and non-functional test coverage across multiple projects and products.
• Develop and execute tests to verify performance, reliability, security, and compliance based on a risk-based strategy.
• Document test plans, protocols, and reports while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Analyze product requirements and design changes from a testing perspective, converting them into test specifications and system validations.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including functional managers, project managers, test architects, system architects, development engineers, and external test laboratories.

Your Team:

You will be part of the Test and Verification Engineering team within the Quality & Reliability Engineering department at Philips Innovation Engineering. This diverse team consists of over 28 technical experts across Eindhoven (NL), Pune (IN), and Boston (US), all specializing in test and verification strategies, requirements engineering, and test automation. The team actively supports complex and innovative projects across Philips businesses worldwide.
