Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality, completeness, and consistency of work results and deliverables.
- Develop, manage, and maintain solution requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Manage requirements derived from customer contract documents.
- Develop test and acceptance plans, and execute procedures for customer acceptance.
- Guide team members during test execution and provide engineering support for lab and site preparation.
- Capture and track issues in bug tracking tools, resolving them in collaboration with SMEs and developers.
- Generate test reports for customer acceptance and document configuration/test baselines.
- Independently analyze customer requirements and develop complex requirement and test specifications.
- Create deployment and integration documentation in support of project deliverables.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in integration on complex Systems Projects, preferably with exposure to Rail Systems Projects.
- Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Control Systems, Software, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in contract and solution requirements management.
- Experience in Linux-based embedded systems design, development, and manufacturing.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools such as Doors™.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, including component-level impacts.
- Expertise in design, implementation, testing, and management of Radio Communications Systems such as GSM-R, LTE, and Tetra.
- Strong background in systems engineering best practices, software, and hardware configuration management.
- Hands-on experience in integration, verification, and validation in Systems Projects.
