Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's overarching business objectives.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from initial sourcing to successful onboarding.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and attract exceptional talent through a diverse range of sourcing channels.
- Conduct thorough and insightful interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment.
- Champion a positive and professional candidate experience, reflecting our company's values.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our talent acquisition strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the ever-evolving field of talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful talent acquisition strategies that deliver results.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment principles, methodologies, and relevant employment laws.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Prior experience working in the Mumbai job market is highly desirable.
