The consultants will establish testing approaches to effectively measure test results and provide confirmation; ensure test cases reflect the scope of business requirements and development being delivered.

Responsibilities
• Review, evaluate and provide test input during business requirements and design specifications gathering sessions.
• Identify and communicate testing issues, implement process improvement and issue resolution.
• Identify the target test items to be evaluated by the test effort.
• Support in development and execution of test plans.
• Define the appropriate tests required and any associated test data.
• Gather and manage the test data.
• Evaluate the outcome of each test cycle.
• Identify the most appropriate implementation approach for a given test.
• Implement individual tests.
• Set up and execute the tests.
• Log outcomes and verify test execution.
• Analyze and recover from execution errors.
• Track test results, statistics, metrics and status.
• Attend necessary meetings to review testing inputs/outputs and provide status updates.
• Support project team members in the analysis of issues.
• Support project teams utilizing automated testing tools.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
M2 - 3 years - Demonstrated experience working as a software tester in a software application development environment (details/description of
development environment must be included).
M3 - 3 years - Demonstrated experience writing test cases from design documents, business processes, architecture diagrams and non-functional
requirements.
M4 - 3 years - Demonstrated experience preparing test data, executing tests and verifying results and logging issues.
M5 - 3 years - Demonstrated experience and understanding of Software QA, Testing and Defect Life Cycle
M6 - 3 years - Demonstrated experience with testing in integrated environments (details/description of integrated environment must be included).
M7 - 3 years - Demonstrated experience in integrations testing
M8 - 3 years - Demonstrated experience in testing REST APIs via Postman or similar tools.
M9 – 3 years - Demonstrated experience in testing SAP applications and SAP interfaces.
M10 -3 years - Demonstrated experience in JIRA and Azure DevOps
M11 - 3 years - Experience with user acceptance testing including creation of user acceptance plan, status reporting, and managing assigned tasks
M12 - 3 years - Experience assisting in reviewing, evaluating and providing test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design
specifications
Desirable Requirements:
D1 - 4 years - Experience with smoke testing, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing.
D2 - 2 years - Demonstrated experience testing web applications.
D3 - 3 years - Experience developing API test scripts in Postman
D4 - 3 years - Experience with data integrity standards.
D5 – 3 years - Experience with SQL scripting and MS SQL Server.
D6 - 2 years - Experience with Agile methodology.
