- Lead the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Analyse tender specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and required resources.
- Develop cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for tenders, working closely with the project management and cost estimation teams.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and suppliers to secure favourable outcomes.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and procurement departments to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Present tender proposals to senior management and stakeholders for approval.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform bidding strategies.
