Responsibilities
•Audit and monitor finished inbound products received at the Distribution Center:
•Select random cases for audits by manifest or other approved method bythe QC Manager
•Pull and reviewed product by case and required assigned sample size
•Review all pulled samples from above cases following the providedprocedures and assigned audit methods and guidelines
•Record and document all found defects as well as take photos and dataentry as needed or requested
•Report any major quality related concerns as quickly as possible to QCManager for follow up and prevention
•There will be occurrences that this position will be requested to support internalaudits or special assignments at the Distribution Center either short term andor on-going:
•Assist and support DC with daily Pick Pack audits or assignments asrequested
•Assist with CTL sample request as required and meet CTL deadlines offulfilling sample orders and deliverers.
•Help set-up work area and product staging needs for any special third partyoutside audit
•Conduct any special measurement test or audits as assigned or requested
•Document TOP sample information using assigned log sheets and reportfindings back to the specific facilities involved
•Prepare CAR’s as requested to help facilitate needed changes orimprovements
•Follow all product specifications’ and all assigned audit methods andprocedures
•Participate in the preparation and sending of quality samples and reports to meetthe quality protocols of our corporate Quality Department
•Update all records and databases of finished product inspections, externallaboratory test results, supplier follow-up sets and others for service purposes.Enter audit data results and defect photos in provide folders assigned by the QC Manager.
•Conduct inspection, non-compliance, inventory and other reports for servicepurposes.
Qualifications
•Secondary SchoolDiploma;
•2 years ofexperience in arelated industry;
•2 years ofexperience in asimilarposition.
•Basic trainingin textiles orclothingproduction.
•Bilingual
•Proficient in using numbers and performing metric conversions;
•Skilled in accurately recording measurement data, including fractions and numericvalues;
•Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook in a Windows environment;
•Comfortable using electronic equipment, computer software, applications, anddatabase programs;
•Autonomous, methodical, and organized;
•Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines;
•May require successful completion of an eye examination.
•Written/verbal communication and listening;
•Strong interpersonal and relationship skills;
•Teamwork and collaboration;
