· Proven experience as a Technical Writer and analyst in the airline industry, with a solid understanding of aviation terminology, processes, and regulations.
· Strong proficiency in English, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, as well as the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
· Expertise in creating flowcharts, diagrams, and other visual aids using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io to enhance documentation clarity and comprehension. Experience in Servicenow and JIRA is an added advantage.
· Strong analytical ability to conduct RCA.
· Familiarity with complex computer systems, software development methodologies, and technical concepts, with the ability to translate them into user-friendly documentation.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content, and ensure documentation quality and accuracy.
· Knowledge of documentation tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, as well as version control systems like Git, is a plus.
