Produce and distribute digital release documentation
Update platform user and administrator guides with new features and functionality information
Work with supervisor and team members to create new technical documents as requested
Preparing and distributing internal and customer technical communications
Developing process documentation, training materials, technical documents, flowcharts, best practice documents, etc.
Collaboration with SMEs and internal stakeholders to develop content, when necessary
Bachelor’s degree in English, writing, communications or similar field. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree for otherwise highly qualified candidates.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a technical writer or a related job role.
Experience SAFe Agile methodology preferred.
Experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence), or similar software programs.
Experience in creating process documentation, training materials, technical documents, flowcharts, best practice documents etc.
Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experienced with creating content in an HTML5 authoring tool such as Paligo, or similar authoring tool, and using templates, layouts, variables, various format and distribution methods.
Expert in MS Word specifically for large documents (20-100+ pages) including utilizing and modifying styles.
Experience in knowledge base or wiki content development.
Experience reporting and tracking tasks in project management portal (Asana, AHA!, Trello).
Ability to multi-task and switch gears easily.
Work efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to accommodate global time zone (until 8:30pm IST) on an as-needed basis and collaborate effectively with U.S. based team.
