key responsibilities
What will you do as a Technical Writer:
- Write, edit, and maintain technical manuals, user guides and documentation.
- Understand and analyze company needs and project requirements to create precise technical specifications.
- Collaborate with software development teams to document system functions, features, and technologies.
- Create diagrams, workflows, and other materials to aid in understanding technical solutions.
- Participate in product and solution testing to improve documentation quality.
- Provide guidance on proper document usage and support in user training.
experience
-2+ years of experience
qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Writer or similar role in the technology sector.
- Excellent written communication and technical writing skills.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
