Responsibilities
Utilize GCDocs and/or SharePoint to manage and store documentation efficiently.
Document workflows, processes, and standards.
Work closely with teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy and clarity of documentation.
Support the creation and maintenance of discipline management structures, such as templates, standards, and version control practices.
Support discipline management by establishing best practices for document control and information governance.
Assist in creating and maintaining taxonomy, metadata, and classification structures for information management systems.
Use GCDocs to keep track of revisions for project deliverables and ensure access to the latest versions.
Manage tasks and milestones using SharePoint lists and shared calendars.
Qualifications
Valid Secret Level Security Clearance
Experience in federal or public sector, information management projects
Post-secondary education in Information Management is highly desirable
Proven experience in technical writing, with a focus on GCDocs and/or SharePoint
Proficient in documentation tools and platforms
Strong understanding of discipline management principles
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision
