Advantages
* Base salary $57000 with a bonus and commission plan - on target earnings to be more than 80K

Responsibilities
* Sell company products to existing customers and develop new prospects within assigned territory.
* Perform business development activities to generate revenue from new accounts
* Conduct on-site customer visits to monitor and improve the account status and customer satisfaction
* Have a consultative sales approach to provide information regarding the market business scope, new applications, and product requirements
Qualifications
* Solid knowledge of metalworking tools and products, along with excellent relationship-building and account-prospecting skills
* At least 3-5 years of experience in an outside sales position within the distribution, metalworking or manufacturing industry
* Highly organized and efficient
* A strong work ethic, hunter mentality, love of sales, and the drive to get out in the field support existing businesses, and pursue new business
