key responsibilities
Provides basic support to assist with the installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of all OpCo desktop hardware and software technology.
Attends meetings, prepares basic documentation and/or distributes materials as required.
May record and respond to basic incidents; follows SLA guidelines; follows-up as necessary.
Escalates incidents and questions to appropriate supervisor/group.
Follows instructions to assist with support of events such as infrastructure changes, software releases, BCP, administration and maintenance of non-desktop technology infrastructure components and/or office Telephony Systems installation/maintenance.”skills
