key responsibilities
As a Technical Support Representativesome of your main tasks will be:
- Supporting technical issues on telecommunications field via phone
- Providing exceptional customer service support and ensure customer satisfaction, using various communication channels (e.g. chat/email)
- Communicating with other teams within vodafone in order to resolve customers' issues
