They offer tailored solutions for the oil and gas, mining, petrochemical, infrastructure, aerospace and defence, utilities, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their WA based team.
You will be working with leading European manufactured products and a company and team driven by a leading, professional customer service.
Your role will include:
- Respond to customer technical queries. Solve customer problems and analyse customer service needs for communication
- Maintain system data and technical library with up-to-date technical information
- Liaise with sales staff to maintain awareness of developments and changes to product range and specifications
- Assist with product costing, estimation and tender/contract preparation and documentation
- Support the Projects Department by ensuring overarching documentation control governance and standards are adhered to so as to meet the project and client service level agreements
- Excellent communication - written and verbal
Ideally you will have a manufacturing and mechanical background/degree.
