Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all maintenance and compliance standards are met.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Work closely with the client, internal teams, and external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Sign off on works, ensuring quality control and adherence to regulations.
- Maintain strong health and safety compliance across all activities.
Role Details:
- Location: Reading
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
- Salary: Up to £54,000, based on experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the building services or facilities management sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations.
