Randstad Recruitment are working exclusively with a well renowned National FM Contractor on a Lead Engineer position based on a static site in Essex.
This role will entail leading a small Engineering team, delegating shifts and organising PPM work loads in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and management for a defined engineering team on site.
... Ensure business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented across site.
Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions, and that both Client and Company health and safety policy and process are effectively implemented across both in-house and subcontractor's activities.
Drive a culture of first class customer service across your region, and ensure effective relationships are harnessed with key Client contacts.
Ensure the region is staffed by fully capable teams, ensuring post holders are competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
Ensure appropriate control measures are in place, such as audits and inspections, to ensure statutory, policy, and contractual commitments are met.
Own all regional financial planning and performance; including, the preparation of accurate budgets and forecasts, and annual operational and capital spend plans.
Ensure PPM and Reactive SLA performance is achieved through management and monitoring of the CAFM system.
Own regional compliance for contractual commitments, log book maintenance, and all QHSE standards and procedures.
Support the Client to maintain their business' continuity and security.
