about the job
Lead and manage the regional technical service team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issues from customers, distributors, and internal teams.
Oversee the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of medical devices, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Manage service documentation, including service reports, technical manuals, and training materials.

Reporting to the Head of Service, you will be working closely with the service and sales teams.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 6 years of service experience within the medical device industry.
