Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, etc.)
2+ years of relevant experience in automotive, defense, avionics, etc.
Experience in a customer-facing role in either applications or customer technical support
Experience in automotive electronics systems considering communication protocols used in the system,
sub-system, and vehicle like CAN, MOST, J1939, LIN, Flex-Ray, Ethernet, UDS, Wi-Fi, USB, 4g/5g, Bluetooth,
etc.
Knowledge in using requirement management, and ALM tools (Codebeamer, Polarion, DOORS, etc.)
Able to communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
Have a positive attitude, good oral and written communication skills, and able to work well in a team
environment
Have experience in stakeholder and supplier management to facilitate efficient collaboration and optimize
project outcomes
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting of software and hardware interoperability problems
Knowledge of software intense system development lifecycle and processes (V-Model, Automotive SPICE /
ASPICE, CMMI) is a plus.
Automotive industry test experience is a plus
