The Role:
- Multiple full time positions available
- Temporary contract (6 months + high chance of extension or going permanent)
- Set shifts, so you’ll always know your schedule
- Available shifts - Sunday to Thursday 11:30 am to 8 pm & Saturday to Wednesday 10 am to 6:30 pm.
- Early February start dates with 3 weeks of paid training
- Central Wellington location in a modern office

As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will:
- Be the first point of contact, providing technical customer service over the phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues with customers
- Log incidents and manage support processes
Sound like you?
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service or contact centres. To succeed in this role, you MUST have:
- Experience in a call centre environment (preferred)
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role (essential)
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent system skills and a confident understanding of technology
- Problem-solving skills
- Clear criminal history and credit check
- NZ residency or citizenship
