■Essential responsibilities and dutiesThe main missions of the role are to:Taking a lead of system development for Auto Park functionality. Need Image Recognition, Sensor Fusion,Trajectory calculation and Vehicle Control related experience. Especially, we are looking for the personwho has skills below. Understanding requirement such as sonar and ADAS, not only for our system but alsosystems which is provided by other teir1. And taking a lead of system development. Communicate withother members in/outside Japan.■Key roles and responsibilities• Development with Automotive SPICE V-Model• Creating system/software requirement spec with customer, as well as based on internal roadmap• Design system/software architecture• Management and follow up of system/software feature implementation and validation• Definition of performance and evaluation• Main technical interface for customer as well as global team• Coordinates the Engineering Leaders (Hardware, Software, Mechanics, System, QA, Validation, certification, DV, PV test team)

求められる経験
■Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in one of the following Engineering domains Embedded
Electronics/Mechanics/Software
• English level: TOEIC 600 (For Japanese)
• Japanese level: JLPTN3~ (For non-Japanese)
• License: Driver’s license (if possible)

■Experience
【Must】
• Engineering experience in Automotive domain close to 10 years.
• Need to have at least one of the skills such as Image Recognition, Sensor Fusion, Trajectory calculation, Sonar mapping or Vehicle Control
• Experience of handling technical issues with customer negotiation.
• Experienced working with Japanese OEMs (if possible).

【Nice to have】
• Knowledge of Automotive Spice Certified.
• Knowledge of Functional Safety ISO26262
• Experience of Vehicle Control development with HILS.
Skills and competencies
• Communcation skill between global team.
• Embedded software development skills such as C/C++.
• Auto Park related algorithm development skills such as Virtual Map Management and or SLAM
algorithms (Simultaneous Localization And Mapping).
