...- Lead the design, planning, and execution of infrastructure for township, residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
- Oversee civil works including roads, drainage, utilities, and site development.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government agencies for smooth project execution.
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance, risk management, and problem-solving during all project phases.
- Ensure the use of best practices in urban development and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
skills & experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in civil infrastructure, particularly in township and mixed-use development.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory and environmental standards in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
