key responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms
- Provide pre-sales support, general inquiries, and technical assistance
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice in all interactions
- Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve tickets
- Manage your personal ticket queue and follow guidance from leadership
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Review and provide feedback on help center content
skills
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting is an advantage
