- Maintaining and supporting Aftermarket Operations sourcing strategies
- Negotiating prices and terms aligned with objectives
- Managing business relationships with suppliers, including handling escalations
- Implementing global procurement programs, including Annual Cost Reviews, Annual Process Reviews, Annual Scorecards
- Supporting new product development projects
- Negotiating part phase-outs to ensure a smooth supply continuity
