・10+ years of managerial experience in a technical environment, with a total of 15+ years of experience.
・Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams of 20+ engineers.
・Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (bilingual).
・Demonstrable experience in handling technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations.
・Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
・Willingness to work in a rotational shift pattern and from the office.
