Randstad is recruiting an Team Lead (IT and Azure Business Unit), for direct contract, for a company focused on Information Systems, with offices in Odivelas (Lisbon).
Hybrid work (3 days at the office, 2 remote/week).
Team management of the operational team / helpdesk (IT and Azure Business Unit, with 6 people, including 4 helpdesk and 2 Azure Support professionals).
Guide the team to success and ensure client satisfaction.
Infrastructure Management (Active Directory, Hyper-V, Azure, Office 365, backups, monitoring).
Management and validation of the department's internal processes according to ISO9001.
Commercial management of the department (preparation of commercial proposals).
Management of commercial partnerships with external suppliers.
Customer service and identification of needs.
Management of internal projects.
More than 3 years of professional experience in IT (mandatory requirement).
Experience in infrastructure management (Active Directory, Hyper-V, Azure, Office 365, backups, monitoring) - mandatory requirement.
More than 1 year of professional experience in Azure (mandatory requirement).
Experience in technology solutions, equipment, networking or related technology solutions (mandatory requirement).
Interest/experience in managing a team (mandatory requirement). Management and communication skills.
Good communication in Portuguese and English (B2 intermediate level - mandatory requirement).
Ability to adapt, results-oriented and customer-focused.
Resources and client management ability.
Organization, proactive and analytical skills.
