As the leader of a team of Knowledge Content Writers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you’ll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of Home Claims Knowledge while aligning with business strategy, compliance standards, and customer-focused outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 4-6 Knowledge Writers and SMEs to meet KPIs and deliver high-quality content.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of best-practice knowledge through platforms like HIYA to optimise processes and enhance team effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across delivery teams to ensure alignment with Home Claims strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Champion a culture of engagement and high performance, role modeling company values and driving positive outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in technical writing, particularly in creating and maintaining process and procedural documentation.
- At least 12 months of experience in Home Claims or a similar environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the business.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- A solid understanding of legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations in the insurance sector.
