- Planning and coordinating tasks on-site.
- Ensuring safety for both yourself and your team.
- Monitoring the quality and progress of the work.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient execution of tasks.
- Maintaining effective communication with the site manager.
- Actively participating in maintenance tasks.
qualifications
- Experience in green maintenance or public cleanliness.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of plants, tools, and techniques related to green management.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented.
- Possession of a B driving license and own transport (C license is a plus).
- VCA certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Dutch and/or English.
