Lead Complaints & High Care Team – Home Claims | Global Insurer

We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of Home Insurance or experience in insurance claims Dispute Resolution to manage and develop a team of 6-7 Complaints & High Care consultants. Your mission? To improve customer experiences by driving excellence in complaints handling, supporting vulnerable customers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Coach & Lead: Empower your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals.
- Drive Excellence: Ensure fair, consistent decisions, meeting compliance standards, and crafting clear customer communications.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work with senior stakeholders to enhance processes and resolve systemic issues.
- Make an Impact: Champion fairness principles and contribute to a culture of empathy and professionalism.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven leadership and coaching experience, ideally in insurance
- Expertise in Home Insurance or a strong understanding of complaints and dispute resolution frameworks in insurance.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
