£40,792 - £47,831 assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep ins per month

As a team leader, you'll be a constant presence, supporting young people through their highs and lows. You'll help them reclaim their childhoods and build brighter futures. It's a challenging but incredibly rewarding role, filled with small victories that make a big difference.
Key responsibilities and desired qualities:
Lead and support a team in providing exceptional care for young people, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards and deputising for management as needed. Ideal candidates are compassionate, resilient, and inspiring leaders who can build strong relationships with both young people and staff.
What we do for you
- Salary: Base salary of £33,012 - £40,051
- Bonuses: In addition to your base salary you'll do up to 3 sleep ins per months, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £2,880 per year) and Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year, £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,500 Responsibility Allowance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus - on successful completion of probation & £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months of employment

A few things we'll be looking for from you:
- Be a team player with honesty and empathy to help others
- A full UK driving licence which you've held for at least 12 months
- If you don't have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), we'll pay for you to study and support you every step of the way
- You'll start life as a RSW by joining our Academy - 4 weeks of off the job training with experienced professionals to help you feel confident and ready to support our young people.
