We are looking for a permanent PCB department team lead for our plant in Dorval. As PCB department team lead, you will report directly to the PCB department supervisor. The tasks for the PCB team lead are as follows: Work with employees to guide, train and support them as well as show them better soldering and tool utilization methods. Efficiently plan out work orders, monitor the implementation and assist in quality assurance post production. Collaborate with other departments and offer clear communication of deadlines and standards for employees. The PCB department lead may also be needed to carry out some production work themselves. This is a day shift, and pays between 25$ and 31$ an hour depending on experience.
