- leading and inspiring a team of Invoicing & Controlling Specialists, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
- overseeing daily invoicing and financial control processes, making sure they’re accurate, compliant, and on time, in line with SSC and quality standards.
- identifying learning and development opportunities within your team and offering training to close skill gaps, especially around invoicing and financial control.
- applying LEAN methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and boost team efficiency.
- managing escalations of complex invoicing cases, ensuring smooth, prompt resolutions that uphold strong relationships with both clients and team members.
- a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- at least 5 years’ experience in a financial, logistics, or invoicing role, with 2 years in a leadership position.
- expertise in invoicing and financial control within a logistics or supply chain context.
- proficiency in LEAN methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for financial reporting, data analysis, and invoicing.
- fluency in English; Polish or Swedish/ Norwegian/ Danish is a plus.
- a proactive approach to future-proofing and adapting to the evolving needs of the industry.
