Randstad is partnering up with the offshore Center of Excellence for a leading bank and they are looking for a team lead / head of Wholesale Operations Readiness Centre (Payments / Trade/ Cash/ Channels / Loan) to join their expanding CoE! In this pivotal role, you will oversee the seamless implementation of technology changes across Cash, Payments, Trade, Loans, and Channels Operations Centres. This includes managing multiple teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring robust testing, training, and documentation frameworks are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead and manage diverse teams to execute project initiatives effectively and handle escalations with precision.
- Operational Readiness: Ensure readiness for new systems or enhancements by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to operational and business users.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the Center of Excellence and Head Office to plan projects, allocate resources, and manage business requirements.
- Testing Oversight: Oversee the testing lifecycle, ensuring compliance with operational standards and timely execution of enhancements.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and review reports aligned with the Bank’s Software Development Framework, submitting assurance checks and regular updates.
- Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across various disciplines and levels, fostering trust and effective communication.
- HR Leadership: Oversee human resource planning, staff development, and team management to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 10–15 years in financial institutions, with strong expertise in operations across Swift standards for Cash Management, Trade Finance, Loans, or Channels.
- Testing & Technology: Extensive experience in handling testing or test management lifecycles and technology implementation.
- Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications and analytical tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution.
