Our client is looking for a Team Lead with Blockchain/ Web 3 background to join their global IT team, please see the details below.
about the job.
- Lead the development team on designing, developing and maintaining Web3 applications
- Gather user requirements and perform system analysis
- Understand and apply blockchain technology, including multi-chain interoperability and wallet integration
- Work closely with product and design teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and enhance user experience
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 7+ years of experience in web 3 technology, using Node.js/ Go/ Solidity, with 3 years of experience in people management
- Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
- Familiarity with blockchain node management and transaction processing mechanisms.
- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese & English
- Existing HK Work Visa holder will also be considered
