Responsibilities would include
... - Updating information on client files and checking status
- Updating/ following up and responding to emails based on clients needs
- Some reception duties
- Setting up meeting rooms and organising catering
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
- Processing orders and preparing invoices
- Assisting the team with creating personalised proposals and document templates
- Reviewing and editing tender and product proposals prior to submission
- Ensuring contracts have specifics and correct information
- Creating and editing visual collateral for presentations to clients, including powerpoint presentations and booklets etc.
- Assist in the development, preparation and maintenance of templates to clients
- Ensuring important documentation is complete for marketing strategies and product launch
A successful candidate will possess
- Strong administrative skill - Tasked focused and detailed oriented
- Excellent written and presentation skills - Microsoft Office Suites, ADVANCED Powerpoint Essential, Photoshop (desirable)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a collaborative approach
