about the job
You will be responsible to extend immaculate secretarial support to 4 executives in the Investment team, with 2 of them based in Singapore and 2 based in Taiwan. You will need to be proficient in calendar management, travel arrangements, expense claims, and communicate frequently with the travel agency based in Taiwan. Providing administrative support for events and meetings, whether on-site, off-site or overseas, along with helping with internal company events, will also fall under your care in this role.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Administration Manager, and will work closely with other Team Assistants in the local office.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 5 years of experience in supporting multiple stakeholders in a financial services firm, preferably to a client-servicing team. Having a good attitude, sense of responsibility and discretion, being prompt to respond and organised in your work, will help you to succeed in this role. You will need to be fluent and proficient in Mandarin (reading, writing and conversing) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, such as clients and vendors based in Taiwan and China, as they are unable to converse in English.
