Randstad is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a team at a Primary School in Ware. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teachers and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment for our students.

- Organise the classroom and learning resources and create displays to encourage a
- positive learning environment.
- Managing behaviour and supporting the class teacher, planning, preparing and present
- Support in lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class
- Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience of all children
- Working with small groups and 1:1
- Have a flexible approach and ability to adapt resources on the spot
- Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentations and Maintain discipline

- Reading, writing, numeracy and communication skills
- Team Teach trained - or willing to attend training
