Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to students, ensuring their safety and active learning.
• Build trust and maintain open communication with students.
• Encourage participation and engagement in classroom activities.

• Offer constructive feedback on student progress and communicate concerns as needed.

Requirements for the Role

• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Eligibility to work in the UK (essential).
• Experience working in schools is preferred.
• Two professional references.
• The ability to adapt to the needs of students in a professional and empathetic manner.
