Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to students, ensuring their safety and active learning.
- Build trust and maintain open communication with students.
- Encourage participation and engagement in classroom activities.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and organised learning environment.
- Support the planning and implementation of creative lessons.
- Offer constructive feedback on student progress and communicate concerns as needed.
- Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements for the Role
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Eligibility to work in the UK (essential).
- Experience working in schools is preferred.
- Two professional references.
- The ability to adapt to the needs of students in a professional and empathetic manner.
