Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to manage classroom activities
- Keep track of student progress and report back to the teacher
- Address children's personal needs and offer pastoral care
- Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure student well-being
- Provide individual or small group support to children
Requirements:
- Experience working with children
- Strong passion for education
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
- Enhanced DBS (assistance available)
- Effective behaviour management skills
