Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to learners
• Be a positive role model in the classroom
• Assist the teacher with preparing resources and learning activities
• Build strong relationships with staff, learners, and families
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students
• Bring enthusiasm and dedication to work every day

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with children and fostering a love of learning
• Previous experience working with children (SEN experience is a plus)
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Confidence and motivation to guide students in their learning
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
