We are currently searching for Teaching Assistants that have prior experience within a 1:1 role who have dealt with children with various learning needs. We are currently looking for someone who has the drive and commitment to encourage those who require extra support in their learning to raise attainment and participation within a mainstream class. The child you would be working with and supporting is in Reception within a SEN provision at a mainstream school.
Role Details:
... - Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Duration: September 2024 - July 2025
- Experience Required: Experience with children with autism or previous 1:1, SSA, or EYFS experience
- Pay Rate:
- HLTA roles start at £14+ per hour
- TA roles start at £13+ per hour

Essential Requirements:
- Knowledge of development matters
- Must be an outgoing individual with an ability to engage with pupils to have FUN while learning
- Must be able to work collaboratively and competently within a team
- Must be able to engage learners through play
- Childcare Level 2 qualification or above
- Knowledge of the new EYFS, KS1, or KS2 curriculum
