As a Teacher your role will include covering in the absence of the class teacher. Your responsibilities will include delivering and engaging students with the lesson plan, managing the classroom, reporting back to the class teacher at the end of the day, building rapport with students and keeping the classroom a safe and positive environment.
To be successful for the Teacher role, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad Education)
- Hold eligibility to work in the UK
- Have a minimum of 6 weeks experience teaching Key Stage 1/ Key Stage 2.
- Have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Have excellent communication skills
